How Do I Apply?

If you meet the residency and income requirements listed above, you must bring the following paperwork with you to apply for service from Reach Out Lakota:

1. Proof of Address: Bring a postmarked piece of mail for each adult (anyone age 18 or older) in your household. Mail must be current; postmarked within 30 days of application. Examples include utility bills, cell phone bills, etc.

2. Photo ID: Bring a photo ID for each adult age 18 or older in your household. Examples include a driver’s license, passport, government ID, current school ID,etc.

3. Child ID: Bring identification for anyone under 18 years of age. Examples include social security card, birth certificate, medical insurance card, etc.

What Can I Expect?

If you qualify for service from Reach Out Lakota, you can expect to receive groceries and/or clothing. Groceries are selected for you based on your family size. Clothing and small household items are available from our clothing pantry. You will be allowed to shop from our selection of these items. Rules and limits will be explained when you apply for service.

  • Upon arrival, sign in and wait to be called to the desk.
  • Plan to spend at least 30 minutes during your first visit.
  • If your application is approved you will be eligible to receive food and/or clothing on your first visit.
